Getting Ready for the Call:
There is nothing you need to do to prepare. Just come to the call prepared to dive in and do the work. There will be breakout sessions during the call for you and your team to do the work.
Commit Time: Schedule time now for key team members to work together on Action Items in between each call. You will get powerful results from these four weeks if you stay committed to doing the work outside of the calls.
