In this video, you will discover the strength levers you have in your business and how you can repeatedly pull these levers to achieve your mission. You’ll also identify the areas where if you invested more, you’d see an exponential return.

Additionally, you will outline your future org chart to start planning for your company’s growth. This exercise will tease out some of your burning questions about how you will achieve your goals and will often generate rich conversations with your partner to get aligned on the plan. Your company’s future will begin to shift from a blurry and fuzzy idea into a clear and focused picture.
